Background & Challenge
Zel Group is a leading NDIS provider servicing clients Australia-wide. Due to strong diversification across their various business units, a need had arisen for a unified system for the input and tracking of of KPI's and other performance targets for their employees, as well as automated distribution of awards and recognition. Codimea was engaged to develop a bespoke, custom system to seamlessly achieve these goals called the ZAP Program.
The ZAP program encompassed a fully cloud based web and mobile compatible portal.

Solution & Features
Codimea was able to deliver a complete Performance Tracking & Management solution.
The solution allows for easy and intuitive input of user points, milestones and achievements. Due to integration with Single Sign on (SSO) authentication, the system will automatically and dynamically adjust the possible items that can be claimed based on the user and their role.
The ZAP program uses the user-submissions to calculate their due rewards based on internal algorithms, enabling claiming functions as needed. This allows for completely effortless, accurate tracking, reporting and distribution of employee entitlements.
As KPI's, points and entitlements must be submitted and distributed in accordance to a strict time schedule, the system contains a robust email and text-based notification system, able to notify both employees and administrators of important events and milestones, such as reports due, missing materials, and rewards payouts.
