Planning and Spec
Determine resources and methods involved in building out the solution. We have a large array of expertise and technology at our disposal, and will leverage these resources in the most optimal way possible.

Prototyping & Pre-Build
We begin building out core functionality and commence testing, with constant client feedback and regular reports to and from the client to prevent redundant development.

04.
Pre-Release Testing
Commence real-world simulation testing incorporating the latest analytic methods. A/B test various implementations to determine the most suitable and effective.
05.
Deployment
Deploy chosen solution to all stakeholders, with care taken regarding minimal business and/or operational disruption.
06.
Post Release
Commence long-term product lifecycle. This includes updates, feature-adds, stability improvements, analytics and technical support.
